Summer Kitten

Summer is over for most people, and many have either returned to school or ramped up the work for fall. I however, have been enjoying my Labor Day weekend by getting rested up and attempting to fight my odd summer cold.
Between the cough syrup and bed rest though, I’ve also attempted to make my self pretty and make an outfit update!
Enter the Kittens. Here’s my Summer Kitten Outfit video.
Now you guys can see my style in action. It was really funny making this video as well, since I was hopping around my laundry room area for 15 minutes.
And of course, I’ve also posted it to my LookBook.nu for those who want the clothing source with out watching my awesome new video.
If you watched my recent “Oh My! Things I Buy!” video, you’ll remember I bought this gorgeous I’m Your Present dress, second hand, from my friend Zippercut.
Since I also received my Cat shaped glasses (aka BATMAN glasses) from OASAP.com, I decided to go full on kitty theme.
So while doing a bit of laundry I decided to watch a few 60′s era related films, ‘Hair Spray’ being one of them. Though it was actually made in the 80s, you have to admit the hair and costumes are very impressive.
I adore the A-line in the skirt. A-line dresses and skirts always make girls like me, with big hips, look extra cute! For girls who don’t have wide hips, it gives you the illusion of having a larger hip area. Win-win!
Well I hope all of you enjoyed your Summer so far.
I’m getting ready for the long haul of September.
It’s my birthday month and it’s also jam-packed with Bridesmaid’s duties, work, and DUN DUN DUN…. Jury Duty calls
