I’ve spend the better part of this morning just internet window shopping through some of my sponsors webstores.
Although I’m done shopping for this month; there’s definitely a few things currently on my wishLUST.
From Sheinside.com, I’m keepting these items on my wishLUST:

Black Stiching Leather Spaghetti Strap Zippered Waist Dress – $64 | Bowknot Detailed Red Heeled Shoes - $84

Black Stripe Dark-V High Waist Tank Dress – $35 | Chiffon Swallowtail Rray Street Dress – $65

Orange Magical Print High Waist Leggings -$46 | Blue Cat Print Round Neck Tank Above Knee Dress – $32
I already have the Galaxy Cat King shirt. Mine is not sleeveless and it’s hot pink. I didn’t get it from Sheinside however. I got mine on ebay before Sheinside had theirs available!
Now on to part two of my Shopping! I’ve done tons of shopping in May, and various people have ask (and cursed me) for instagramming my new stuff. So to torture (and share) a few more of you here’s where I got them:

There have been many emails and questions about my Art Nouveau Nightmare Moon outfit for the My Little Pony Project.
I was planning a very detailed diy post, alas one of my camera cards went missing. The card that I lost happened to be the one with all of my photos
. Luckily I did take a few snaps on my iphone so here’s a quick and dirty diy armor tutorial!
What you’ll need?
- Craft Foam (Foamies) sheets
- Tracing paper (or regular paper)
- Pins
- Pen/Pencil
- Exacto knife/scissors
- Hot glue
- wig head & tubes (to keep shape of item)
- various acrylic textile paints & brushes
- Velcro or snaps (some kind of attachment method

Being up here at Sugarpill HQ this week has it’s advantages.
Though I’ve been up here trying to help catch up with the 1000 x minute orders, I’ve been able to play with my own Heart breaker colors.

My favourite? Hands down, it’s MOCHI! I’m in love. Coming in second? Acidberry. I’ve been waiting and waiting for this palette’s released so I could have these colors in my makeup collection.

Shopping, shopping shopping! I’ve done lots of shopping this month. You may have noticed if you’ve been following me on instagram.
I’ve also posted it to my Lookbook.Nu account, so please hype it if you like it! <3 I appreciate it. If you don’t like it, feedback is always welcome too. I love hearing what other people would do to get a better idea of their own styles.

One of the best items I received this month was from my sponsors at Sheinside.com.
They sent me this gorgeous burnished galaxy print chiffon dress. You may recognize the dress from my Galactic Flapper look.
I absolutely love it. It’s quite versatile and I’ve worn it in various ways from casual to fancy nights out.
I’m really glad the fish-tail chiffon skirt is popping up. I’m not too much of a “summer style” person. I only own a few pairs of shorts and I am rarely inspired during Summer fashion seasons, so the chiffon fish-tail skirt is a blessing.

May 5th marked the grand Hollywood opening of the My Little Pony Project 2012 at Toy Art Gallery (TAG). It was a Melrose Avenue affair as the MLP Project kicked off with fellow art and fashion friendly Melrose stores: Munky King, JapanLA, and Joyrich LA. The event was sponsored by none other than HASBRO and the amazing people at WeLoveFine.com (Mighty Fine Tees)

As a Brony (okay …so I’m not technically a BRO), I was overly excited about this show. Being friends with several of the talented artists involved in the show, I had super high expectations for the show. And though, some may have missed the point of the MLP + Custom Artwork combination (Pony Purists -.-) I thought the show was fantastic.

When I arrived at 7PM for the opening, there was a line that stretched down the block. There were 80s nostalgic fans, MLP: Friendship is Magic fans, cosplayers, and art enthusiasts alike.

Look at these early birds! Everyone arrived earlier than I did!

Back in March, I spent the day with Amy and Michelle at Sugarpill HQ just playing with makeup. We had just received a few of the upcoming Sugarpill (soon-to-be-released) pairs of false lashes.

I know what you’re thinking, there’s already over 20 different lashes, but hold on to your seats ladies…
The new ones are just as amazing. Above you can see the Lace ones that I wore with my Galactic Flapper look, and the V-shaped ones are my absolute favourite.

BAM! I need like 20 of these just in case!
Here’s a slightly detailed iphone picture peek at some of the new lashes. I’ve only worn two of the unreleased ones so far.

These new V-shaped ones are a god send for me! They take care of all of my lash problems.
I normally hate wearing false lashes because they end up making me look as if I’m squinting. For that reason, I often wear fiberwig mascara or only wear criss-cross lashes (to lift).
Because these are longer in the middle, they really lift themselves and open up my eyes.
Here’s a shot of my whole outfit in Amy’s office. I’ve also posted this on my instagram before, but here’s a clearer shot with out filters.
Please hype my look on lookbook if you like it <3 I appreciate it!

Last week, my friend Michelle celebrated her 30th birthday by celebrating the end to our roaring 20s.
She discovered LA’s beautiful Millennium Biltmore hotel in downtown Los Angeles. It was absolutely perfect for the event.

Since I was so busy making my outfit for the My Little Pony Project, I didn’t have any time to find an outfit for the event. OH NO!
Luckily, my sponsors at Sheinside.com had sent me this gorgeous Galaxy print fish tail dress! It was exactly the sort of inspiration I needed.
I also posted this look on my LOOKBOOK.nu, please hype it if you like it!

I paired it with my diy gold shoes and crystal bib necklace for a space-aged take on flapper attire.
I didn’t have any time to take pictures with my dslr, so I took snapshots with my iphone in the powder room near the Gallery bar.
*I know I’ll get a few questions about my hair, I’m sorry I didn’t take any pictures to do a how to. I’ll try to do some before the month is out though!
